Adult Women's DBT Skills Training Group

This group is for women who are survivors of sexual assault who struggle with overwhelming emotions, self-destructive behaviors, or difficulties in their relationships. We will be reviewing the Mindfulness module of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) over 8 weeks. Worksheets and materials will be provided.  Group members are required to participate in individual therapy in addition to group.

New group members will required to go through a pre-group intake and orientation session.
