People with hearing impairments can use the Virginia Relay service to reach us: Dial 711
The Virginia Relay service enables telephone conversations between standard voice telephone users and people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind or speech-impaired and use a TTY, Voice CarryOver Phone or Hearing Carryover Phone. Virginia Relay offers many features for Spanish users, including Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translation and Speech-To-Speech (STS). To access these services, dial 7-1-1 and tell the Communications Assistant (CA) which type of translation you need.
Additional accommodations may include materials in different formats like Braille/audio/large print, and ASL interpreting.
