1 Billion Rising is an international movement that celebrates people all over the world standing against interpersonal violence. 

This event is hosted by SARA (Sexual Assault Resource Agency) and SHE (Shelter for Help in Emergency), and joined by several other non-profits in the Cville area.

We are the many and we can rise through action, art, connection, imagination and love.
