This training, developed by Our Voice in Asheville, NC, equips industry professionals with practical tools to recognize, intervene in, and prevent harassment in the workplace. Open to all restaurant staff—servers, bartenders, managers, and owners—this session will provide actionable strategies to create a safer, more respectful work environment.
